i. Biography
Joyce Nethery is Master Distiller and owner of Jeptha Creed Distillery in Shelbyville, Kentucky, which she co-founded with her family and which opened in 2016. She came to distilling from a background in chemical distillation and industrial process engineering, and leads every batch from grain chemistry through fermentation control. Jeptha Creed is a ground-to-glass farm distillery that grows the Bloody Butcher corn used in all of its products.
