Jérôme Tourbier

Jérôme Tourbier is a French hotelier and co-founder of Les Sources, the vineyard-hotel collection he built with his wife, Alice Tourbier. The pair opened Les Sources de Caudalie in 1999, followed with Les Sources de Cheverny in 2020, acquired the vineyard properties that became the Burgundy and Alsace chapters of the collection in 2022, and opened Les Sources de Vougeot in 2026. His work centres on service, team leadership, restaurants and an approach to luxury hospitality rooted in French wine regions. In January 2026 he and Alice were jointly made Knights of the Legion of Honour for their contribution to French tourism and regional development.
