Julien Roucheteau

Julien Roucheteau is the chef at Le Restaurant des Rois at La Réserve de Beaulieu near Nice, having taken over the entire restauration there since 2019. A Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) winner in 2019, he previously led La Table du Lancaster in Paris, securing its second Michelin star in 2015 after confirming the first in 2014. His career includes early stints at Hôtel George V under Philippe Legendre and stages with Michel Troisgros, along with wins like the 2013 Challenge Culinaire du Président de la République and Prix Zepter.
