i. Biography
Julien Thimon is the cellar master at Rhum Clément in Martinique, where he took on the role in 2020 after nearly two decades apprenticed under Robert Peronet. He joined the Habitation Clément in November 2001 on a two-month project and remained with the distillery, later becoming responsible for managing its aging cellars and guiding its barrel-aging program.
