Junya Teshima is the head chef at Chez Inno in Kyobashi, Tokyo, and previously served as head chef at hôtel de yoshino in Wakayama from September 2007 to September 2022. Official staff information for Chez Inno lists him as born in 1975 in Kofu, Yamanashi, and notes that he trained at Restaurant Casserole in Kofu before further study in Paris, including at Campanile.
