Jürgen von der Mark is the owner and hands-on winemaker at Weingut Jürgen von der Mark in Baden, Germany, at the foothills of the Black Forest. His winery is primarily devoted to Pinot Noir, and he has also worked as a consultant for clients in Baden. He is germany’s first Master of Wine, earned in 1996.
