Justin Baade is the executive chef and partner at Hurrica Restaurant & Bar at Westpoint Harbor in Redwood City, California, where he leads the live-fire cooking program. He previously spent 15 years at Waterbar in San Francisco, including as chef de cuisine, before joining the Hurrica founding team in 2024.
