Kane Williams

Kane Williams is the Head Chef at The Barn at Moor Hall in Aughton, Lancashire, where he leads the Michelin-starred neighbourhood restaurant’s kitchen. He joined Moor Hall in 2017 as chef de partie, rose to sous chef, and later stepped up to head the kitchen at The Barn after six years with Chef Patron Mark Birchall. Earlier in his career, he worked at Tom Kerridge’s The Hand & Flowers and later at The Ledbury in London.
