i. Biography
Kat Kinsman is the Executive Features Editor at Food & Wine, an author, and the founder of Chefs With Issues, an initiative and platform dedicated to addressing mental health and wellness in the hospitality industry. She previously served as the founding managing editor of CNN's Eatocracy, editor-in-chief and editor-at-large at Tasting Table, and senior food and drinks editor at Extra Crispy. Kinsman is the author of the memoir Hi, Anxiety: Life With a Bad Case of Nerves (2016) and host of Food & Wine's Tinfoil Swans podcast.
