Buying her first vineyard in the Maury hills in 2009 set the estate on its current course. From there, Katie Jones built Domaine Jones around grapes and land she knows well, with Fitou and Muscat Moelleux 2016 as clear outcomes of that approach. The work reads as cumulative rather than decorative: specific parcels, local varieties, and steady attention to how they sit together.

The Road The sequence is simple: cooperative work in the village, the purchase of a first vineyard in 2009, and then leadership of Domaine Jones as winemaker and owner.
