Kevin Ramasawmy

Kevin Ramasawmy is a Mauritian-born chef who moved to Montreal and later built his career in the city's hospitality scene. He is the Executive Chef at Bar George in Montreal and, from 2021, expanded his responsibilities to oversee culinary operations at Bar George, Le Mount Stephen, and Le Westin Mont Tremblant. Sources also describe earlier work in New York at Daniel and in Montreal at Maison Boulud and other kitchens before he took the reins at Bar George in 2017.
