Kevin Romes

Kevin Romes is a chef who was appointed Chef de Cuisine at Atelier in the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich, with his role starting in April 2026 and the restaurant reopening under his leadership on 17 April 2026. Before Munich, he was Küchenchef at Skin’s – The Restaurant in Lenzburg, Switzerland, where coverage says the restaurant earned two Michelin stars shortly after opening under his direction. Reports also place him earlier as sous-chef at Schloss Elmau in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and at Einstein Gourmet in St. Gallen, with additional cooking experience in Hong Kong and Portugal.
