Kim Ratcharoen

Kim Ratcharoen is Chef de Cuisine at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, London, a role described on the restaurant’s official site. She joined Restaurant Gordon Ramsay as an apprentice in 2015 after moving from Surat Thani, Thailand to the UK to study Economics and Hospitality, and later appeared on The Great British Menu in 2021. The restaurant’s official pages also note that she leads the kitchen at the three-Michelin-star flagship and that she has spent over a decade with the restaurant.
