Kirk Haworth is the co-founder and executive chef of Plates, the plant-based restaurant in London he runs with his sister Keeley Haworth. Plates opened in a permanent Shoreditch location on Old Street in 2024 after earlier residencies, and the restaurant later earned a Michelin star in 2025 as the UK’s first starred vegan restaurant. He is also known publicly from BBC Great British Menu, where his Plates project was highlighted as he prepared to open the restaurant in London.
