As brand ambassador at Plymouth and Beefeater gins (Pernod Ricard), Kitty Amann worked closer to the way spirits are introduced, explained, and represented to an audience. She later became a full-time employee at Fernet-Branca, then continued as consultant, keeping a career that links hospitality, education, and brand storytelling. Since 2018, that work has run alongside her role as co-author of *Drinking Like Ladies*.
