i. Biography
Koh Seng Choon is the founder and executive director of Project Dignity and Dignity Kitchen, a Singapore-born social enterprise that trains and employs people with disabilities in food service. He launched Dignity Kitchen in Singapore in 2010 and later expanded the model to Hong Kong, where the organization operates as a community food court and training platform for differently abled workers. He was recognized as a World’s 50 Best Restaurants Champions of Change winner in 2022 and named The Straits Times Singaporean of the Year 2024.
