Kris Restall is the head distiller at Lord Byron Distillery in Byron Bay, New South Wales, where the family-run distillery produces rum, vodka, gin, and limoncello. Publicly. He is Brian Restall’s brother and places him on the distillery team when the business launched in 2017–2018.
