i. Biography
Kristine Antonian is the Culinary Director for Boka Restaurant Group’s hotel division in Chicago, where she oversees hotel kitchen operations and trains chefs and sous chefs on culinary systems and financials. She began her culinary career with Boka Restaurant Group in 2013 in the pastry kitchens of BOKA Restaurant and GT Fish & Oyster, later became Executive Pastry Chef at The Hoxton Chicago in 2019, and previously served as pastry chef at Quince after working at Cherry Circle Room and helping open Farmhouse Evanston.
