Kym Schroeter

Kym Schroeter is the Senior White Winemaker at Penfolds in South Australia, where he joined in 1987 as a laboratory assistant before moving into red winemaking in 1995 and white winemaking in 2003. He is associated with Penfolds’ white portfolio, including Chardonnay-led wines such as Yattarna and Bin A, and was named among the top three white winemakers in the world at the 2011 International Wine Challenge.
