i. Biography
Kyungbin Min is a Los Angeles-based Korean-born chef best known as the chef/owner of Hanchic, a modern Korean restaurant in Koreatown that opened in September 2020. He was born in Korea and raised in Los Angeles/Gardena, studied at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, and worked in kitchens including Patina Restaurant Group, Ray’s + Stark Bar, Little Sister, Kato, Kali, and The Nomad before opening Hanchic with partners Kevin Son and Dustin Lee.
