Lawrence Timothy Ryan is an American chef who served as the fifth president of the Culinary Institute of America from 2001 to 2024. He is now chancellor of the Culinary Institute of America, where he serves as an advisor to the college’s president and leads special projects. He is also associated with the author credit for *Techniques of Healthy Cooking*.
