i. Biography
Laura Johnson-Lachowecki is a pastry chef and bakery owner in Indianapolis who was named the 2015 American Culinary Federation Pastry Chef of the Year while working for University of Notre Dame Food Services in Notre Dame, Indiana. She later launched Filigree Bakery, a boutique home-based bakery specializing in French macarons, cakes, and desserts, and has also worked as a consultant through Laura Lachowecki LLC.
