From there, her experience moved from classroom and cellar into the rhythm of hands-on work. She spent time as praktikantin at Tiefenbrunner in Südtirol, then as praktikantin at Weingut am Stein in Würzburg, before returning to Weingut am Stein in Würzburg as mitarbeiterin. The progression reads like an apprenticeship in patience, observation, and precision, each step adding another layer to a growing sensibility for how wine is made and how it should speak. Today, Laura is winemaker of Weingut Seufert (since 2018), bringing that measured training and accumulated experience into the estate’s present identity.
