Lee Man-Sing

Lee Man-sing is a Hong Kong-based Cantonese chef who has worked in kitchens for more than 35 years and has led Mott 32 as executive chef/group Chinese executive chef since 2014-2015. He built his reputation at Man Wah in the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, where his cooking helped the restaurant earn Michelin stars, and he later expanded Mott 32 internationally while emphasizing traditional Chinese flavors with modern techniques. He is also credited by Hong Kong Tourism Board material with earning awards for Man Wah and with training at the Chinese Culinary Institute.
