Lionel Rigolet is the chef at Comme chez Soi in Brussels, the family restaurant founded in 1926 and long associated with the Wynants-Rigolet lineage. He took over the kitchen from his father-in-law Pierre Wynants in 2007 and is described by MICHELIN as a chef focused on product-driven cuisine and sauces. He is also listed by the Mastercooks of Belgium as chef of Comme Chez Soi at Place Rouppe 23 in Brussels.
