Lisa Granik began her career as a lawyer, then moved into academia as a law professor, before adding another layer to her expertise as a professor of wine at New York Institute of Technology (2013–2015). Today, she is an adviser to wine companies and regions seeking to improve their sales in the United States, which places her in a commercial role where positioning, clarity, and market fit all matter. Georgian wine remains the center of that practice.

Signature

Lisa's signature dishes include The Wines of Georgia. The phrase points to a body of work rather than a single item, with Georgia used as the lens through which the wines are presented.
