i. Biography
Liza Cordero is a chemical engineer and rum industry executive from San Juan, Puerto Rico who has worked at Destilería Serrallés since 2001. She served in fermentation and distillation operations, was promoted to Process Director in 2012, and was named Master Blender for Don Q in late 2021 or 2022, depending on the source. She is responsible for creating and developing new rum blends for the brand.
