Lorenzo Querci is the founder and owner of Moebius Milano, a hybrid hospitality venue in Milan that combines a bistrot, fine-dining restaurant, and cocktail bar. Contemporary coverage identifies him as a young Tuscan entrepreneur, and reports note that he opened Moebius in 2019 after drawing on his family’s restaurant background in Siena. Moebius later gained international recognition in bar rankings, while the restaurant side received Michelin-starred status under chef Enrico Croatti, with Querci remaining the venue’s founder and operator.
