Enrico Croatti

Enrico Croatti is the chef de cuisine and gastronomic coordinator of Moebius in Milan, located at Via Alfredo Cappellini 25, where he leads both the Tapa Bistrot and Moebius Sperimentale concepts. Before Moebius, he built a Michelin-recognized career in resort and fine-dining kitchens, including Dolomieu in Madonna di Campiglio and Orobianco in Calpe, and he brought that background to Milan when Moebius opened in 2019. He has been credited with earning Michelin stars at multiple points in his career, including at Dolomieu, Orobianco, and Moebius Sperimentale.
