Enrico Croatti is a Rimini-born chef and the chef de cuisine and gastronomic coordinator of Moebius. His career includes Angelini Osteria in Los Angeles, Akelarre in San Sebastián, Les Terrasses de Lyon and the Grand Hotel Miramonti Majestic. He earned Michelin stars at Dolomieu in 2013, Orobianco in 2018 and Moebius Sperimentale in 2024, and currently directs both Moebius's fine-dining work and the food paired with its bar programme.
