Louis-Heinz Liesch is the winemaker and cellar master at Liesch Bioweine in Malans, Graubünden, where he has been responsible for vinification since 2009 and continues the family’s biodynamic winegrowing tradition. The estate is Demeter-certified and focused on biodynamic production in the Bündner Herrschaft/Graubünden region.
