i. Biography
Louis-Philippe Vigilant is a Martinique-born chef who moved to mainland France at 17 to train in Montpellier, where he earned a vocational baccalaureate and a BTS in culinary arts. He joined the Bernard Loiseau group in 2006, became chef at Loiseau des Ducs in Dijon in 2013, earned a Michelin star, and in January 2022 moved to Saulieu’s Relais Bernard Loiseau before taking over the kitchen of La Côte d’Or in September 2023.
