Lucia Watson is the founder and former owner of Lucia’s Restaurant, Wine Bar, and Lucia’s To Go in Uptown Minneapolis. She sold the restaurant in December 2014 after nearly 30 years, and earlier coverage described her as a pioneer of the farm-to-table approach in the Twin Cities and a restaurateur who treated wine with the same seasonal, food-driven philosophy.
