i. Biography
Lucy Simon is Food & Wine’s Special Projects Editor and a wine educator. She joined the publication in 2021, contributes to its Bottle Service column, and hosts the Varietals video series. She leads wine seminars and helps develop Food & Wine events. She holds the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines.
