Ludo Lefebvre

Ludo Lefebvre is a French chef, restaurateur, author, and television personality from Burgundy, France, known for pioneering the LudoBites pop-up concept in Los Angeles before opening Trois Mec in 2013 and Petit Trois in Los Angeles in 2014. Official and press sources identify him as the owner and executive chef of Petit Trois, with the Sherman Oaks location opening in 2018 and later added breakfast and table service. He earned a Michelin star for Trois Mec in 2019 and has worked in landmark French kitchens including L’Espérance, Pierre Gagnaire, L’Arpège, and Le Grand Véfour before immigrating to the United States in 1996.
