Since 2000, Magali Terrier has served as winemaker and manager of the family estate at Domaine des 2 Ânes, and that long tenure shows in the way the work is described: steady, hands-on, and rooted in routine as much as in result. The estate’s identity is shaped through seasonal rhythms and careful adjustments, with the vineyard and cellar treated as connected parts of the same task. Consistency is the throughline here, with the long view carrying as much weight as any single vintage.

The Work Today

The work centers on the vines and the wines of the estate, and that focus keeps the practice direct. Magali's signature dishes include Premiers Pas Corbières Rouge 2023, Les 10 ânes blancs Corbières AOP, L'Enclos Corbières, and Limo d’Anes. Together, they sketch the range of Domaine des 2 Ânes — from the structure and freshness of a red like Premiers Pas Corbières Rouge 2023 to the luminous expression of Les 10 ânes blancs Corbières AOP, with L'Enclos Corbières and Limo d’Anes rounding out a picture of work that is both grounded and expressive, always tied back to the estate’s sense of place.
