i. Biography
Marc Hennessy is a corporate regional chef at Atlas Restaurant Group in Baltimore, where he has served since July 2020. Before that, he was executive chef at RARE Steakhouse and Tavern DC from August 2017 to July 2020, and earlier he served as chef de cuisine at BLT Steak in Washington, D.C. after opening and working in BLT locations in Scottsdale and Hong Kong.
