Marcus Jernmark is a Swedish-born chef and the chef-partner behind Lielle in Los Angeles, which opened in February 2026 in Beverlywood/Pico-Robertson. He previously worked at Aquavit in New York, Per Se in New York, and later at Restaurant Frantzén in Stockholm, where he is described as having led the kitchen as executive chef; sources also note his role as culinary director at Zén in Singapore.
