Described as airy, chiselled, and tense, it points to a style built on precision and lift, with an elegance that stays poised rather than static. Mademoiselle M, born in 2015, is a Fleurie cuvée described as candid, spontaneous, gourmand, and juicy. The language around it suggests immediate generosity, while still keeping shape and focus intact. Château Gaillard is a Morgon cuvée from the vineyard lieu-dit, marked by solid structure and deep substance. In Their Words “I wanted to make vinification in Château de la Tour with all the stems.” The line points to a deliberate cellar approach, where stems are part of the structure being considered from the start.
