Mark Chacón

Mark Chacón is a Phoenix-area pastry chef and baker best known as the founder of Chacónne Patisserie, a pickup-focused bakery operation that earned him a James Beard Award semifinalist nod for Outstanding Pastry Chef in 2022. Coverage in Phoenix magazine and local outlets says he moved to Phoenix in 2018 and later built his business from a ghost kitchen before expanding into retail and café plans in the Valley.
