Mark Chou is the executive chef at Double Chicken Please in New York City’s Lower East Side, where he helped shape the venue’s food program with Taiwanese-inspired fried chicken sandwiches and other chicken-focused dishes. Double Chicken Please’s official story page says he collaborated with the venue from its opening and introduced the now-famous fried chicken sandwiches, while outside coverage identifies him as an alum of Le Bernardin and Eleven Madison Park.
