Faye Chen is a Taiwanese hospitality professional and co-founder of Double Chicken Please, the Lower East Side cocktail bar in New York City that opened in 2020. She has been described as the venue’s general manager, overseeing operations, staff, and service while helping lead the bar’s creative direction with co-founder GN Chan.
