GN Chan

GN Chan is the co-founder and bartender of Double Chicken Please, the design-driven cocktail bar on New York City’s Lower East Side that he opened with Faye Chen in November 2020. The concept began as a mobile pop-up and later became a permanent two-space bar at 115 Allen Street, where Chan applies an industrial-design approach to hospitality and cocktail development. He has been profiled for helping steer Double Chicken Please to international acclaim, including its rise to No. 2 on The World’s 50 Best Bars list in 2023.
