Mark Guillaudeu

Mark Guillaudeu is a sommelier at Eleven Madison Park in New York City, where he joined the wine team in May 2024. He began in hospitality after graduate study in Tibetan Buddhism at the University of Virginia, later working in Washington, D.C., moving to San Francisco, and building his wine career at Commis, where he worked on the beverage program and wine list. He earned his WSET Diploma in 2016, became a Master Sommelier in 2023, and won Best Sommelier USA in 2022 and again in 2024.
