Marko Pavčnik is a Slovenian chef and owner associated with Pavus in Laško and LALU Bistro in Celje. LALU is the more casual side of his culinary vision in Celje. He is also described as the chef and owner of Pavus at Tabor Castle in Laško, where he has received Michelin recognition.
