Martin Öfner

Martin Öfner is the Executive Chef at Zén, a three Michelin-starred restaurant in Singapore and sister venue to Frantzén in Stockholm, where he shares leadership with Tor Aik Chua since early 2024. Born in Innsbruck, Austria, and raised in Stans in the Karwendel Alpine Park, Tyrol, he trained in traditional Austrian cuisine with French techniques in 4- and 5-star hotels before advancing through Europe's top kitchens including Rosengarten, Geranium, De Librije, and Frantzén. Under his helm, Zén has ranked No. 79 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026 and highest in Singapore on La Liste.
