i. Biography
Martynas Praškevičius is the chef and founding force behind Džiaugsmas, the Vilnius restaurant at Vilniaus g. 28 that opened in 2017. He is the head chef and idea author at Džiaugsmas, and reports that the restaurant was named Lithuania’s top restaurant in the 30 Best Restaurants rankings in 2018 and 2019. He is also described as having previously worked at Stereo 45, Briusly, and on the culinary project Virtuvės mitų griovėjai before opening Džiaugsmas.
