Mary Dumont is the Executive Chef at White Barn Inn in Kennebunk, Maine, where she oversees the restaurant and its casual counterpart, Little Barn, for Auberge Resorts Collection. In 2025, White Barn Inn announced her appointment and described her as bringing a visionary, farm-fresh approach to the property’s dining program. Earlier in her career, she opened The Dunaway Restaurant in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and was named a Food & Wine Best New Chef and Eater Boston’s Chef of the Year in 2018.
