i. Biography
Matt Molina is a Los Angeles chef best known for his long partnership with Nancy Silverton at Pizzeria Mozza and Osteria Mozza, where he served as executive chef/chef de cuisine when those restaurants opened in 2007. He later co-created Triple Beam Pizza with Silverton, and in 2015 he stepped down from the Mozza group before joining the team behind Everson Royce Bar in the Arts District. He is also identified in press coverage as a James Beard Award-winning chef.
