i. Biography
Matt Stone is an Australian chef associated with sustainability-focused cooking and zero-waste practices, and he became executive chef at Oakridge Wines in the Yarra Valley in July 2015. He later expanded into winemaking with Wines by Matt Stone, a label launched in Adelaide with cuvées scheduled for release in March 2026. Earlier in his career, he apprenticed at Leeuwin Estate winery’s restaurant and worked at Greenhouse in Perth.
