Matteo Bresolin is one of the three Bresolin brothers behind Bresolin Bio in Crespignaga di Maser, in the Asolo hills of Veneto, where the family produces organic wines and olive oil. The winery is associated with Asolo Prosecco DOCG and Montello superiore DOCG production.
